We are looking for new colleagues to join our growing Business Continuity Management (BCM) team in Vilnius. You will become a member of a highly professional team of around 10 BCM specialists. We will provide you with extensive technical and practical insights into our toolbox and we expect you, as a BCM specialist and consultant, to take the responsibility for the BCM support in one or two business units.
In addition, we set an ambitious agenda for implementing a new BCM framework in 2022 across the entire group. By joining us, you will have the chance to shape your knowledge and skills by engaging our global organisation in analysing, documenting and securing continuity of critical processes, products and resources. This implementation and embedding BCM practices into daily work routines is pivotal in securing the future operational resilience capability in Danske Bank.

Mission
• Provide education and support in implementation of new BCM framework
• Organise and perform presentations about BCM framework and tools to stakeholders
• Collaborate with your network of stakeholders on group level and in the business units
• Maintain and manage all components of the business continuity lifecycle in collaboration with your colleagues
• Assist in analysing, assessing and reporting BCM implementation status
• Assist in improving our BCM IT tool box
• Perform and solve day-to-day BCM tasks, including support via Skype, e-mail and meetings, trainings, exercises and controls

Your title in job contract will be Physical Security Specialist, Chief.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Crisis Management or Operational Resilience. Project Management experience related with BCM will be acceptable too.
• Knowledge in Business Continuity, Financial or Production Sector or Health and Safety related area
• A higher degree (Finance, Security Risk Management or relevant area would be an advantage)
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
• You possess a structured and analytical mindset and have the ability to work both individually and in teams
• You are proactive, flexible and act effectively on ad hoc issues
• You possess the ability to explain and convey complex BCM content in a practical and an easy to understand manner
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
