During your tenure as a Director in Crisis Management, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
• Helps clients develop sustainable compliance and risk management programs to address and prepare for an array of enterprise-wide risks
• Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
• Ensures clients are aware of their responsibilities for the engagement and appropriately manages clients against these expectations
• Ability to adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence, and assembling teams to best serve clients and maximize engagement economics

• Integrates leading frameworks and methodologies (e.g., readiness, response and recovery solution) into broader solutions to enable further crisis management capabilities enhancements
• Anticipates client’s issues and needs when receiving a crisis alert and forms a response team to adequately address them
• Ability to provide client with insights and solutions to respond and recover from crisis
• Establishes an enterprise-wide approach to crisis management, identifying and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
• Leads stakeholders through activities to build executive-level support and organizational buy- in to help enable the crisis management strategy and sustain new processes
• Is able to identify if additional response services are needed (e.g., forensic, financial, operations)
• Helps client interpret post-event review reports and prioritize actions; may identify and sell additional solutions to strengthen the client’s crisis management capabilities

• An advanced degree in the area of specialization

• Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, leveraging Human Capital Transformation
• Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team
• Relevant Crisis Management or Resilience project exposure and technical qualifications
