Dr Adel Alaraifi is responsible for curicullum management and strategic development for the Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University College of Business Administration (Dhamman), which aspires to be one of the top schools not only in the Kingdom, but also in the region, offering academic programs comparable to the top universities of the world.
The University of Dhamman is formally recogised as the sixth best university in KSA, but is the top ranked university dedicated to social sciences. Based in a stunningly beautiful new-build campus in Dhamman, western Saudi Arabia, the university atracts students from all over the world.
Dr Alaraifi led the project to estabish an Institute of Risk and Resilience, the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, which has a focus on training, education, studies and consulting, as well as setting itself the objective of being recognised for its leadership and expertise that can support strategic policy making at the highest levels in KSA.
