Dr David Rubens Voted Number One 'Security Throught Leadership Influencer' in IFSEC Global Influencers Poll
ISRM Executive Director Dr David Rubens was voted a s the Number One Global ‘Thought Leadership Influencer ‘in the highly-regarded IFSEC list of Global Influencers.
Other ISRM Global Advisory Council members appearing in the top twenty Global Influencers Jason Brown F.ISRM (18th) and Gut Matthias F.ISRM (10th). Dr Gavriel Schneider (Australia), who will be hosting a series of ISRM events in Australia later this year, was in 19th position.
Part of the citation read “It is worth noting that in establishing the ISRM David established partnerships with numerous institutes, associations and companies across the globe including the US, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, and across the Middle East. David’s skills as a global influencer were such that he was able to bring together some of the world’s leading security, crisis, and risk management professionals to form the ISRM Global Advisory Council.”
David later commented ‘This is a real recognition for all of the work everyone associated with the ISRM has put in over the last six months. To go from start-up to an Award like this in that time shows how significant an organisation the ISRM is already, and will become in the future’.
