Dr Hadleigh-Dunn joined Portsmouth Business School in 2007 as a Senior Lecturer in Risk and Project Management. In 2008 she became Curriculum Director for the MSc Risk, Crisis and Resilience Management programme, where she also has teaching responsibility for crisis management, strategic risk, business continuity, research methods and anti-terrorism.

Dr Hadleigh-Dunn’s areas of expertise include crisis management, resilience, risk perception, decision making in stressful situations and anti-terrorism. She has been involved with several projects to improve crisis and risk management within several Higher Education establishments as well as working with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service to develop an operational decision making training course for all BA crews.
