Purpose of the Role/Functional Context:
The Sr. Manager SLP-Risk and Resilience (R & R) will establish and maintain the framework for a risk-management program within the India Security and Loss Prevention (INSLP) team. This key leader will collaborate with both internal and external teams and will be instrumental in driving countrywide initiatives along with the INSLP analytics teams to effect continual improvements and solution building in business objectives, productivity and development of Loss Prevention within the company based on Risk & Vulnerability across the network.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish the frame work for Physical Security Risk, Operational and demographic risk assessment. Articulate such risks internally and lead control and monitoring capabilities in line with emerging threats.
• Enhance, track, and report on risk metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
• Drive the process by which risk mitigation program standards are attained.
• Mentor analytics, audit, investigation resources to help build predictive models and actionable intelligence.
• Identify, develop and implement Risk management program elements required to meet the unique needs of India Security and Loss Prevention
• Establish crisis management planning and emergency response frame work. Create, test and manage process, resources in line with GSO guidelines to meet country requirements.
• Manage a high volume workload and in fast pace, complex, dynamic environment
• Manage complex data streams and identify meaningful, actionable trends
• Responsible for leading the design, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework within INSLP in line with its strategic plans including developing and maintaining detailed risk management policies and processes and working with key business stakeholders to facilitate the embedding of these across INSLP
• Responsible for the ongoing review and challenge of risk framework effectiveness and the implementation of risk management best practices
• Single point of contact for risk assessment and reporting for INSLP
Decision Making/ Problem Solving- demonstrate ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, consider other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; draw sound inferences; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently; flexible in approach; able to operate with limited guidance from management.
Required
• Proven ability to work with and influence leaders and other key departments within organization
• Experience developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Experience managing project scope changes, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans
• Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Ability to conduct risk analysis assessments
• Internally, develops networks and strategies throughout all functions and levels to influence, convince and drive risk mitigation initiatives. Ability to brief management
• Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 10 years plus experience in Risk Management using advanced tools and analytics.
• Experience planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Experience leading teams and providing management, leadership and mentoring to team members as needed
• Professional Certifications CPP/PSP/PCI / CRMA etc.
